Jen Beardsall
Since joining the practice Jen has been an integral member of the senior project team for a number of major residential schemes across the country. Such projects have resulted in De Pol securing planning permission on behalf of our clients for large scale settlement extensions.
Jen has also led on a diverse range of small scale projects including out-of-centre retail development and new build housing in the Green Belt, as well as advising on a variety of contentious domestic schemes such as outbuildings in Areas of Outstanding National Beauty.
She is responsible for the co-ordination of community consultation exercises for the practice, which give the public the opportunity to help shape proposals prior to submission.
Her role also includes providing support for the Associates and Directors in their preparation for appeal inquiries, hearings and examinations in public. More recently Jen has been involved in enforcement instructions including enforcement notice appeals and handling retrospective change of use planning applications.
Jen has a Masters in Civic Design from the University of Liverpool and is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
