Fylde Council is commencing work on the Revised Preferred Options version of the single Local Plan, which is the planning document which will identify specific sites for particular forms of development up to the year 2032. The Council is now focussing on smaller non-strategic sites which could accommodate between 10 and 99 houses; employment sites of less than 1,000 square metres; sites for Gypsies, Travellers and Travelling Showpeople; and any other development use.
The Council is inviting persons or bodies who own or control land or premises which may be suitable for development uses such as housing, business / industry, leisure, retail, tourism and community use or a mixture of such uses to notify the Planning Policy Team regarding the details of the land or premises in question. The deadline for submissions is midnight on Friday 27th February 2015.
If you have land or premises which may be suitable for development please contact De Pol Associates and we would be happy to submit a site to Fylde Council on your behalf. Please contact our team on 01772 888488 or via email at .
