We offer a flexible, professional and responsive service to our clients. When managing the application we closely monitor progress and liaise with planning officers and relevant statutory consultees to ensure that any matters which arise are effectively addressed as quickly as possible. Our ultimate aim is help the decision maker determine the application on time, or sooner if possible and ensure that the best case is presented to secure a successful outcome.

Pre-application Negotiations
In some cases the planning application process can be trying, complex and time consuming. Having an early engagement with the Planning Authority prior to the formal submission of an application can help reduce the potential for disagreements and therefore avoid subsequent hurdles. It can also provide an opportunity to tailor the presentation of proposals or amend them based on feedback in order to increase the chances of success. Whatever the reasons for seeking the advice, we can prepare pre-application submissions and liaise with the appropriate Council officers to ensure that maximum benefit is obtained from the exercise.

Public Consultation Exercises
Where consultation with the local community is either necessary or advisable, we can provide advice on the most appropriate form of community engagement and conduct the consultation exercise on your behalf. This can range from consultation with specific stakeholders, leaflet drops in the local area right through to public exhibitions. Our roles can also include preparing statements of community involvement describing how the community was engaged and presenting the outcomes. In all cases we can use our experience to tailor our involvement to give you the best chance of gaining support from the local community and Council Members.
