Sometimes development is undertaken without planning permission and this can lead to the Council taking or threatening to take enforcement action. We advise our clients on the best way to either avoid an enforcement notice being issued, or the best way of appealing an enforcement notice once it has been served. Because of the repercussions of an enforcement notice it is absolutely vital that advice is sought at the earliest stage.
