Working on behalf of a private client, De Pol has successfully secured permission for a contemporary replacement dwelling – the first in the Forest of Bowland AONB. Equipped with strong evidence prepared by the project team, we demonstrated that the house would result in an enhancement to the site and fully complied with relevant policies.
Great care was taken to work collaboratively with David Cox Architects, Preston to refine the design and gain support from the planning officers.
