Project Description

De Pol worked with Kubik Design LLP to obtain outline planning permission for the redevelopment of a car park sited in a prominent location on one of the key approaches into Preston. The scheme comprised an eight storey building with a mezzanine floor, where retail, restaurants and commercial units were to occupy the ground floor; a 135 bedroom hotel and ancillary restaurant, bar and reception was to occupy five additional floors; and the remaining floors were to comprise 74 one and two bedroom serviced apartments.

De Pol prepared supporting planning evidence and providing planning advice up to the granting of outline planning permission by Preston City Council.
