De Pol Associates has successfully secured outline planning permission for up to 40 dwellings on a former concrete works in Pilling, Lancashire.
Following De Pol’s success in obtaining outline and reserved matters approval for a rural settlement extension in the Wyre countryside comprising 27 dwellings, the team have now secured outline permission for a further 55 dwellings on adjacent agricultural land.
De Pol successfully obtained planning permission on appeal for demolition works and the erection of nine dwellings and one storage building in Wigan.
Outline planning permission has been obtained for the redevelopment of a 14 hectare semi-derelict industrial site in North Tyneside for 400 new dwellings, open space, together with landscaping and associated biodiversity works. In accordance with one of the core planning principles of the National Planning Policy Framework, the proposals represent an effective and efficient use of an underused previously developed site and will help address the Council’s housing shortage in a sustainable manner. The scheme also proposes a high quality residential development with attractive areas of open space, and will incorporate dedicated Butterfly Mitigation Zones to sustain butterfly populations which were discovered during the ecological surveys.
