De Pol has successfully secured planning permission for a bespoke replacement dwelling in the village of Wrea Green on behalf of a private client.
The application site was occupied by a dated single storey detached bungalow. Our client’s aspirations were for a more modern approach with a dwelling which made full use of the plot available with undercroft parking and living accommodation above. A modern design was prepared by the client’s architect into which De Pol advised in respect of design, scale, privacy and amenity policies.
De Pol advised on the application and collated and submitted it. De Pol also prepared a supporting statement for the development justifying it in policy terms. The application was approved by Fylde Council allowing the client to proceed with the development of this one off house.
