New District Centre in Preston, Lancashire
De Pol has secured planning permission for a new District Centre on the former Cottam Brickworks site in Preston. The application follows the site’s designation in the Preston Local Plan as a District Centre to serve Cottam and the wider northwest Preston area, including the extensive housing proposed in this part of the city.
